What If You Didn't Have to Change Your Whole Life at Once?
Sometimes change begins with one small moment of noticing.

We are often told that change requires a plan.
A new routine, a new mindset, a new version of ourselves. We make lists, set goals and decide that tomorrow will be different. And then tomorrow arrives. Life is still there, the same responsibilities, the same thoughts, the same busy moments. Maybe the problem isn't that we don't try hard enough. Maybe we are simply asking too much of ourselves at once.
Start smaller
A small moment can be enough. A moment when you notice how you actually feel and choose not to reach for your phone. When you pause before answering and remember what matters to you.
None of these moments looks particularly important, but together, they begin to tell you something about the person you are becoming — or perhaps about the person you already are.
Notice before you change
There is something interesting about paying attention: when we slow down enough to notice ourselves, we often discover that we already know more than we thought. We know what feels right and what feels forced. We know what we keep coming back to, which dreams have stayed with us. We just don't always give ourselves enough quiet to hear them.
The Small Moments Method
This idea became the starting point for the Small Moments Method — a 90-day practice created around one simple principle:
You don't have to change your whole life at once. One small moment is enough to begin.
Each day offers a moment to pause, notice, choose, imagine and bring an intention into ordinary life. Not perfectly. Not all at once. Just a little more consciously. Because the life we experience isn't made only of big decisions. It is also made of hundreds of ordinary moments, and perhaps those moments deserve more of our attention.
One small moment
You don't need to know exactly where you're going. You don't need a perfect plan. You don't even need to feel ready. For today, you could stop for a moment and ask:
What is something I want to notice about myself today?
Then notice. That's all. One small moment. It might be enough.
